The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country and the size of the package. The average shipping cost for a bag is approximately 10 euros.

The cash on delivery service is available only for shipments within Italy. Please note that there is a small fee for this service. Additionally, it’s important to know that our couriers accept cash only and might not have change available. Therefore, we recommend having the exact amount ready to make the transaction as smooth as possible. We hope this option adds an extra level of convenience to your shopping experience with us!

You can exchange a product for any item of equal or higher value, paying the difference if necessary. If the item is exchanged for one of lesser value, no monetary refund will be issued to balance the difference. The period for making an exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT:

• In case of a return due to an exchange or non-conforming merchandise, it is necessary to contact us through the FORM or by email at supporto@gingermoda.com and send 2 photos of the received product highlighting any issues, defects, or non-conformities with the order. Returns will not be accepted without prior receipt of photos and our approval.
• The merchandise must be completely intact in its original packaging, never used outdoors, and the purchase receipt must be included inside the box.
• Include a sheet inside the package with the following information: name, surname, phone number, shipping address where you wish to receive the merchandise, and the model and shoe size reserved for the exchange.
• The shipping cost for the exchange, following our authorization, is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must independently arrange the shipment of the returned item, ensuring it is properly packaged. Shipments that are not correctly packaged will be refused.

For those who appreciate security and convenience, we also accept payments via PayPal. And if you prefer a more traditional approach, you can pay cash on delivery by choosing the cash on delivery option (available only for shipments within Italy).
